Safety and Infection Prevention

We care for many elderly and immunocompromised patients. Our office is designed to protect them now and in the future.

Our infection prevention protocols include the elimination of the traditional waiting room. Patients are individually greeted when they enter our office and escorted to their own check in, pre-test and examination room. Our office has state-of-the-art filtration systems, temperature, humidity and surface controls. We kindly ask that you avoid “walk-in” visits without calling us first so that we can maintain safety for our most vulnerable patients. COVID is not the only infectious disease that can cause illness, hospitalization and death so we may ask you to wear a mask or adhere to our infection control measures if you have an active cough, fever, cold or a known recent exposure to a person with COVID, the flu, or a cold. A doctor’s office is the last place a patient should be harmed.
